Gill was accompanied by state BJP Mahila Morcha president Jai Inder Kaur, party spokesperson Pritpal Singh Baliawal, and representatives of nearly 10 villages, among others. The BJP leaders submitted a memorandum on illegal sand mining on behalf of Gill and other villagers to the Governor.
