    BELOIT — If you’ve noticed lately that it’s getting harder to find a reasonably sized (or even downright small) apartment or home within your price range, or that your rent has skyrocketed in recent years, you certainly aren’t alone. According to Drew Pennington, the Economic Development Director for the City of Beloit, a housing demand study in 2022 showed that 250 units per year is needed in Beloit to keep up with demand, but nowhere near that many units are being built.
