ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - One local business has started a free grocery giveaway to help community members. Every Friday morning, at 10 A.M, KRW Lawyers give out free bags of groceries. “We wanted to give back to the community, but we wanted to try and do it in a meaningful way,” said Rahul Malhotra, an Attorney at KRW Lawyers. MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - As we head further into the Summer, temperatures will continue to rise and more people will be using their air conditioners, and that, like everything else, costs money. The Salvation Army is one place that helps those struggling with those costs. On Thursday, May 29, TXU Energy donated $60,000 to the Salvation Army This money will be used to provide families in need with energy bill assistance.

PermiaCare has teamed up with the Odessa Police Department and the Midland County Sheriff’s Office to launch the Co-Responder program. “Every year we do. MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - Memorial Day is the day we honor and mourn the people we have lost while they were serving in the armed forces. Lowe’s stores across the country set up memorial displays in their parking spot to honor our fallen heroes. “Thanks and gratitude for those that gave their lives to secure our freedom,” said Alfred Sanchez, an Assistant Store Manager at Lowe’s. This display included star decorations, eagle and soldier statues, flowers, and an American flag flying above it all.
