KTVH-DT, broadcasting on channel 12, is a television station based in Helena, Montana, and is affiliated with both NBC and The CW Plus. It is owned by the E. W. Scripps Company, which also owns KXLH-LD, a CBS affiliate on channel 9. The two stations operate from shared studios located on West Lyndale Avenue in Helena. KTVH-DT's transmitter is situated on Hogback Mountain. Additionally, KTVH-DT runs a low-power translator, KTGF-LD, on channel 50 in Great Falls, where Scripps also manages KRTV on channel 3.

The standards set by the national Nuclear Regulatory Commission require nuclear plants to have a location to store their waste. The bill effectively allows future plants to store their waste on-site.

    HELENA — Just in time for Easter, the Helena Dirty Knees Flower Cart is filled with tulips, and the woman who grows them was inspired by a dark time to bring light to the community. 

On some Friday mornings, Yvonne LaFromboise rolls her flower cart to the corner of Joslyn and Cannon Streets. 

 The flowers that fill it are all grown here in her basement. "I basically inherited it," said LaFromboise, "My mother was a gardener and loved flowers.
