    A Walker board gave the final green light to mixed-use and housing components of a large village-style development in the works for three years in Standale. Grandville-based JAG Development Inc. and Grand Haven-based Cherette Group received final area site plan approval from the Walker Planning Commission on June 18 for a 42-unit mixed-use building and a 200-unit, eight-building apartment complex on the northern 30 acres of the Vista 45 development site.
