    LANSING, MI — Capital Area District Libraries says Internet services are not available this morning due to  a system-wide internet outage, according to a post from media partner 6 News WLNS in Lansing. In a Facebook post, the CADL says for now customers can not use computers, WiFi, printing, and faxing services. The website and mobile app are fully functional and WLNS says all locations will open during regular business hours.

    LANSING, MI — The Lansing School District Board of Education has voted to select Daniel Nowiski to fill an open board seat.  Nowiski is an experienced Board of Education member who served on the Board during 2024 and recently acted as Board parliamentarian, according to a press release from the district. Nowiski earned a graduate degree in Arts and Religion from Graceland University Seminary, and earned his undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University where he graduated with honors.
