    A Windsor park is closed after a fire on the playground, and one person has been arrested on suspicion of arson. A fire was reported at Covenant Park, 1401 Fernwood Drive, on early Friday morning, according to a news release from the Windsor Police Department. A 25-year-old man was taken into custody as detectives were canvassing the area and was booked into the Weld County Jail, the news release said.
