Four men were arrested in Plainview on Wednesday in connection with a drug trafficking investigation by law enforcement. The arrests were the result of a joint investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Plainview Police Department, officials announced Friday. This year's graduation ceremony was the first to include graduates of Plainview Collegiate High School (PCHS), which began enrolling students in the fall of the 2021-22 school year. Conceived in 2020, the district's program through PCHS was designed to provide more college credit opportunities for local high school students.
