A world-first program which uses online cognitive behavioural therapy to help young children deal with grief is being trialled in WA. The Curtin University project, funded by the Channel 7 Telethon Trust, is designed to meet a huge unmet need among six to 12-year-olds suffering from grief, such as the loss of a family member or pet, or a parental separation.
