Wednesday night's event is in response to the deadly officer-involved shooting in Downtown Tulsa over the weekend. BARTLESVILLE, OKLA. (KTUL) — Accusations that a local political party is trying to rewrite the City of Bartlesville’s comprehensive plan to fit their agenda. This happened in a city council meeting where councilors took a vote on a long list of amendments for future development and growth. Bartlesville resident and Vice Chairman of the Washington County GOP, Sarah Burnett, says she’s disappointed that the majority of councilors voted against the proposed amendments to the City’s comprehensive plan.
