A OneDigital spokesperson said in an email all four of Fortune's employees are joining OneDigital, which had more than 5,000 employees at the start of the year. The firms didn't disclose financial terms of the deal.

The Alameda, California-based company on Tuesday announced the plant has moved into the commissioning phase, which Sila said in a news release includes systems integration, equipment verification, and safety and compliance reviews.
