Three men have been charged with sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl in Bucks County. The Bucks County District Attorney announced the charges in a news conference Tuesday, where she says the girl was trafficked after one of the suspects made contact with her on the app Snapchat. The main suspect in this investigation doesn't even live in Pennsylvania. He lives in Louisville, Kentucky, and there's no evidence he ever came to Bucks County.
