Published: June 17, 2025 at 1:50 PMRobert Roberson is an East Texas man convicted of killing his two-year-old daughter, Nikki, in 2003. The transmitter in Hitchcock broadcasts NOAA’s KHB-40 at 162.550 megahertz.
