What happened: Supervisors approved a final plan for KW Cornerstone W-4 LLC to construct a 92,880-square-foot warehouse at the intersection of Cornerstone Road and Willow Creek Drive. The 8.73-acre lot is zoned campus industrial. A tenant for the warehouse has not been identified. Details: The 43-foot-high warehouse will have 17 loading docks. It will be accessed by two new driveways off Cornerstone Road.
