It's understood Killie are closing in on former Livingston skipper Jamie Brandon. Fraser Murray is the latest player to exit Rugby Park, Kilmarnock announced today. The 26-year-old midfielder is set to join Wigan Athletic on a two-year deal after his deal expires at Killie this week. Murray spent four years at Rugby Park and made 28 league appearances last season, netting four times before joining the English League One outfit.

Shoppers will be able to pick up a range of products from the lockers. New Ikea click and collect lockers are set to be introduced at a Tesco in Kilmarnock. The lockers will be based at the Tesco Extra West Shaw Street store where an existing clothes donation and recycling point is based. Flags and banners were taken down ahead of the LGBTQ celebration. Police have launched a 'hate crime' investigation after Pride decorations were ripped down in an Ayrshire town this weekend. Flags and banners for the LGBTQ celebration were pulled down from Brodick Main Street on the Isle of Arran on Saturday, May 31 some time between 2am and 7am. Sergeant Clare Neilson, Arran Police Office, said: "We are taking this very seriously and are following positive lines of enquiry.

The schoolgirl has been rushed to the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow. An Ayrshire road remains closed this evening after a car and an 11-year-old girl were involved in a crash. Emergency services were scrambled to Middleton Road in Irvine at around 5pm. Police say that the youngster has been rushed to the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow for treatment. The extent of the schoolgirl's injuries have not been disclosed by officials. The driver of the car was not injured in the incident.
