Four University of Iowa international students suing the Trump administration were ordered to reveal their identities or drop their case. The judge extended the temporary restraining order preventing the government from arresting or deporting the students for 14 days. The students, who have misdemeanor criminal records, allege the government is using the student visa system to force self-deportation.

Schlegel, 39, sat with her two-year-old daughter Jane on the steps of Carver-Hawkeye Arena on May 3 as fans began packing the building to see a preseason game between the Indiana Fever and the Brazilian National Team. "Jane's first Hawkeye game was at five days old, so she's a huge Hawkeye fan," Schlegel said.

Alliant Energy's Pleasant Creek Solar, Iowa's largest solar farm, is operational, generating power for 40,000 homes. The 200-megawatt site in Linn County is Alliant's third solar project, bringing their total solar generation to 400 megawatts. The project, initially developed by NextEra Energy Resources, is located next to the decommissioned Duane Arnold nuclear plant. Alliant Energy's massive Linn County solar farm is now online.
