Cheshire Police are appealing for help from the public in tracing a wanted man from Crewe. Mark Latham, 53, is wanted on recall to prison, with police in Ellesmere Port leading the enquiries. Latham is described as white, around 5'7" tall, with short/thinning brown hair and green eyes. He is from Crewe but has connections to both the Ellesmere Port and the Liscard area of Wirral.
