The Daviess County Delinquent Property Tax Sale is scheduled for August 14, 2025. On that date, any unpaid 2024 property tax bills will be eligible for purchase by registered third-party buyers. The annual sale does not transfer ownership of a property. Instead, a lien is placed on the property through a certificate of delinquency filed with the Daviess County Clerk’s Office.
