BENTON, Ark. – Police in Benton are on the scene of an incident just off Interstate 30. The Benton Police Department said officers responded to Mac’s Minnows and More around 7:45 p.m. in reference to a disturbance between two people. When they arrived, officers said they found a man dead. Authorities said there is no threat to the public because of the incident. No suspect information has been released at this time.

A social media post from the Benton Police Department stated officers are on the scene of an incident near the 16000 block of North Service Road. The post did not state what the incident was.
