ASP officials said the shooting happened at the intersection of Dr Herd Stone Street and Smith Street in Holly Grove.     SALINE COUNTY, Ark. – A reward is being offered after officials said the construction site for the Southwest Trail in Saline County was vandalized. Saline County officials said James A. Rogers Excavating is offering a $12,500 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for an act of vandalism that happened between May 23 and May 25. Officials said the incident caused more than $700,000 in damages.
