    CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Kingsville police are investigating after a 21-year-old man was stabbed in the leg Tuesday afternoon. Police officials say they arrived to the Connell Villa housing complex Tuesday where they found the young man who had been stabbed. Two women were detained and taken in for questioning. One of them was arrested for aggravated assault and an unrelated outstanding warrant. She remains in the Kleberg County Jail.

    CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A press conference was held Friday morning for the Coastal Bend Sports Hall of Fame and Awards Show. Athletes, coaches and sports enthusiasts will celebrate Coastal Bend athletes from across 11 counties and their achievements or local sports contributions. The inaugural event will take place June 6 at the American Bank Center. Executive Director of the Corpus Christi Sports Commission Joey Jewell told 3NEWS this is something he wanted to do since arriving to the city.
