For two weeks of every year, Richmond Restaurant Week offers diners the opportunity to experience a three-course meal at the city’s best, locally owned restaurants for just over $35. Some participating restaurants include The Daily Kitchen & Bar, Jewfro and And Dim Sum.

She now hopes to raise money for a myoelectric prosthetic hand, which has been recommended by her medical team but isn’t covered by her insurance. Elisabeth Foley lost her left hand after she was bitten by a shark in June while vacationing in Walton County, Florida.
