The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands is expected to award 700 project eases for Ka’uluokaha’i and Kaupe’a homesteads in Kapolei. The Department says the new approach gives families time to financially prepare while their homes are being built, and ensures that beneficiaries can pass their homestead to their successors.
