The 1,000-key luxury hotel, known as The Avenir, would be managed under The Destination by Hyatt brand, the companies announced Friday. President Donald Trump has issued a permit to build a $10B freight system on the Texas border. The guideway would travel between Laredo, Texas, and Monterrey, Mexico. The 165-mile guideway, to be built by Texas-based Green Corridors, would allow autonomous shuttles to travel between Laredo, Texas, and Monterrey, Mexico. Four cross-border terminals spanning 100 acres each would be constructed to support the corridor, The Wall Street Journal reports.
