PENNINGTON COUNTY, Minn. — An Oklee man’s murder sentence was affirmed, as was his denial for a post-conviction evidentiary hearing, in a Minnesota Court of Appeals nonprecedential opinion. Eric James Reinbold, 48, was convicted in 2022 of murdering his wife, Lissette Reinbold, and was sentenced to 40 years in prison in early 2023. Soon after sentencing, he filed an appeal as well as a petition for post-conviction relief.
