Despite this, the turnout was great!The 66th annual Good Old Days provided a good time for patrons and businesses alike. Wind advisory issued for parts of the Central Coast; gusts could be at least 45 mph Monterey County, Calif. (KION-TV) — A wind advisory has been issued for parts of the Central Coast by the National Weather Service (NWS.) The advisory goes into effect at 11:00 a.m. Saturday and will last until at least 5:00 a.m. Sunday. Expect northwest winds at 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph, according to the NWS.

Severe thunderstorm warning for parts of north Santa Cruz County issued Wednesday SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (KION-TV) -- The National Weather Service in San Francisco has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for parts of Santa Cruz County Wednesday. Northwestern Santa Cruz County in northern California is expected to see this warning until 3:30 p.m. PDT. At 2:43 p.m PDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles west of Boulder Creek, or 15 miles northwest of Santa Cruz, moving northeast at 55 mph.

Monitoring the river levels on the Central Coast, some at ‘action’ stage or above SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, Calif. (KION) – We are monitoring the rivers and creeks in our area as this latest atmospheric river dumps rain on the Central Coast. As of 8:30 a.m. the San Lorenzo River at Big Trees was at 15.27 ft (action stage) and heading down. As of 8:22 a.m. Corralitos Creek at Freedom was at 12.14 at (moderate stage.) The Record for Corralitos Creek is 16.7 ft, according to NOAA.

All evacuation orders lifted in Santa Cruz County SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, Calif. - All evacuation orders in Santa Cruz County have been lifted as announced by Santa Cruz County. FELTON GROVE, Calif. (KION-TV) - The Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office issued an evacuation order Thursday morning for the Felton Grove area, zone FEL-E008. Officials say this is due to the threat of flooding along the San Lorenzo River.
