The fate of the contentious Hyde Park Square development will be on the November ballot. The Hamilton County Board of Elections late Friday certified that petitioners had collected enough valid signatures for the November ballot, according to Raquel Burgos, deputy director of the Hamilton County Board of Elections. The measure will ask Cincinnati voters to overturn a recent City Council vote to approve zoning for a $150 million development in Hyde Park Square.
