    Titusville police say a man is charged with sexual battery of a minor after luring a juvenile victim with nicotine products. The Titusville Police Department says officers were called to the 3500 block of South Street Highway after someone had reported a sexual battery. Once on scene officers say the suspect, 21-year-old Yemani Serrano, tried to evade police by ordering a ride share service. Officers were able to track Serrano down through that service and arrest him.

    The Department of Homeland Security says officers have arrested more than two dozen people in the Villages as part of ongoing immigration enforcement efforts.The department posted a video on social media showing officers preparing to make arrests at a construction site in Wildwood.The post says some of those arrested have been previously deported.WESH 2 News has a crew working to get more information.     The Brevard County Sheriff's Office is investigating after deputies say a 2-year-old was shot in Cocoa Tuesday afternoon.BCSO has confirmed to WESH 2 News that the child was transported to the hospital. Their condition is unknown at this time.Brevard Public Schools says three buses from Saturn Elementary were delayed due to police activity in nearby neighborhoods. Affected students will be held at the school until it is safe to release them.WESH 2 News has a crew at the scene.

    The Florida Highway Patrol arrested and charged a man after troopers say he fled from a traffic stop late Friday night. FHP says they found a Polaris Slingshot driving almost 20 miles an hour over the limit on a 60 mph stretch on Interstate 4 westbound. Troopers say when they tried to pull him over on an exit to U.S. Route 441, he made a right turn and fled down 35th Street.

    Florida Highway Patrol says a DeLand man was struck and killed by a vehicle early Saturday morning.Troopers say the 64-year-old man was walking westbound on New York Avenue towards the Blue Lake Avenue intersection when they were hit by a Honda sedan.Investigators say the man was not in a marked crosswalk when he was hit. The driver of the vehicle and a passenger were uninjured and remained at the scene.FHP continues to investigate the accident.
