The Linn County Auditor's Office says they're getting calls from voters who got their absentee ballots in the mail, only to find their return affidavit envelopes were already sealed. MARION, Iowa — Marion drivers are reporting issues with red light cameras ticketing them even during green lights. People claim they are getting wrongfully ticketed by those cameras on E Post Road/ Highway 100 and at the intersection of Highways 13 and 151. "I personally had a few tickets show up in the mail when I, personally, I've stopped at the light I know for a fact I've stopped at the light," said driver Gabriel Hopkins, who uses Highway 151 daily.
