Revealing the dissolution mechanism of organic carbonyl electrodes in lithium−organic batteries Organic carbonyl electrode materials (OCEMs) have shown great promise for high-performance lithium batteries due to the high capacity, renewability, and environmental friendliness. Nevertheless, the severe dissolution of these materials in conventional electrolytes results in poor cycling stability, which hinders their practical application.

AbstractChimeric antigen receptor T cells (CART) targeting CD19 through CD28.ζ signaling induce rapid lysis of leukemic blasts, contrasting with persistent tumor control exhibited by 4-1BB.ζ-CART. We reasoned that molecular dynamics at the CART immune synapse (CARIS) could explain differences in their tumor rejection kinetics.

While the expansion of the erythritol production industry has resulted in unprecedented production of yeast cells, it also suffers from a lack of effective utilization. β-Carotene is a value-added compound that can be synthesized by engineered Yarrowia lipolytica. Here, we first evaluated the production performance of erythritol-producing yeast strains under two different morphologies and then successfully constructed a chassis with yeast-like morphology by deleting Mhy1 and Cla4 genes.
