Facet-dependent hematite reactivity in Cr(vi) removal with Fe(ii)†
Hematite displays diverse crystal structures and often coexists with Fe(II), both of which are crucial in controlling the fate and mobility of Cr(VI). However, the mechanisms underlying Cr(VI) removal in the presence of Fe(II) on various hematite facets remain elusive.

Bio-based hyperbranched epoxy resins: synthesis and recycling
Epoxy resins (EPs), accounting for about 70% of the thermosetting resin market, have been recognized as the most widely used thermosetting resins in the world. Nowadays, 90% of the world's EPs are obtained from the bisphenol A (BPA)-based epoxide prepolymer.

All the 605 safflower germplasm resources were provided by the Oil Crops Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Wuhan, China. The plants were grown in Bole safflower base, Xinjiang. The planting density was 20 cm and spaced 40 cm apart, and the space was managed uniformly in the field. Mature open-pollinated seeds of the natural population were harvested and desiccated for the analysis of fatty acid contents (three repeats of each sample).

Highlights • DRG neurons tend to aggregate on soft substrates in vitro • DRG neurons detect variations in substrate stiffness through the Piezo1 channel • DRG neuron aggregation is regulated by the Piezo1-calpain-integrin-β1/E-cadherin pathway • Piezo1 knockdown influences the morphology and somatosensory function of DRGs in vivo Summary The dorsal root ganglion (DRG) is characterized by the dense clustering of primary sensory neuron bodies, with their axons extending to target tissues for...
