    JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North American Bison Discovery Center welcomed its first bison calf of the season earlier this week. The new calf joins a herd of approximately 20 bison residing in the pastures adjacent to the Bison Center’s museum and is the first of the calves expected this season. The new baby, and the rest of the herd, can be viewed safely from the observation deck of the Bison Center (open now) when they are roaming through portions of the North Pasture.
