Forum Communications

Forum Communications Company is a media organization located in Fargo, North Dakota. It publishes several newspapers across North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, with its main publication being The Forum of Fargo-Moorhead. Additionally, the company operates WDAY-AM 970, a radio station in Fargo, along with four ABC-affiliated television stations in North Dakota. The company is owned by the Marcil-Black family from Fargo. N. B. Black acquired The Forum in 1917, and the current chairman, William "Bill" Marcil, Sr., is married to N. B. Black's great-granddaughter.
