PA Police learned of a group of three teen boys walking in the area of 13th Street West and and 16th Avenue West just before midnight on May 9. One of teens was reportedly carrying a shotgun so officer began to canvas the area looking for the suspects.

Not all are suicides; many are due to alcohol or drugs and some are from other preventable causes including an ATV death. Sylvestre is worried about the cumulative effects of grief on the community.
