Plans have been published showing how a city bridge could be transformed. The underpass at Clare Road Bridge in Cardiff will have new lighting, resurfaced pavements and artwork installed, under the plans. The bridge links Grangetown and the city centre and runs alongside the River Taff. Iron plaques will be put on the floor, showing local landmarks and key events from the area's history. Cardiff Council say it will improve safety and accessibility when work starts later this year.
