    The Peace Center has announced its 10-show 2025-26 Peace Broadway Season. The season kicks off Sept. 2-7, 2025, with "MJ the Musical." The show is returning to the Peace Center after a sold-out Greenville premiere in 2023. From Oct. 21-26, 2025, the New York Times bestselling novel "Water for Elephants"will come to life on stage. "The Sound of Music"will return to the Peace Center from Nov. 11-16, 2025. 2025 also marks the 60th anniversary of the Oscar-winning film.

    The School District of Pickens County is restructuring its preschool programs to include 'experiential learning environments' for 4K students.
