Construction is underway on a new hotel at Bluhawk in south Overland Park.  Price Brothers Management Co. broke ground Thursday on a 99-room Holiday Inn Express. The four-story hotel is being built near the southeast corner of 159th Street and Shawnee Drive. The 58,490-square-foot building is the first of three hotels planned for Bluhawk.
