As outages continue to plague San Antonio, the city of Poteet has also reported several power outages in the area. The outages have forced officials to close offices and dismiss Poteet ISD students for the day. The district believes the outage is expected to last the full day on Tuesday, March 4.

'Heart is broken': S.A. area mourns student's fatal ski accident

A San Antonio-area community is mourning the death of a former student-athlete after reports of a tragic snowboarding accident at a northern New Mexico resort last weekend. Koby Hunter, 21, died at Angel Fire Resort on Saturday, February 8, according to a release from the site. Both his cause and manner of death are still pending an official autopsy, Michael Hawkins, a marketing manager at the resort, revealed. The incident occurred on "Hully Gully," a ski run at the resort, according to Hawkins.
