More than 2,000 CPS Energy customers are without power in San Antonio as severe thunderstorms continue to plague the area on Sunday, April 20. A current update on the CPS Energy outage map shows that nearly over 3,137 customers are currently without power due to 62 active outages across the city. Those numbers are only expected to continue to rise as storms rage on. As of 6:33 a.m., CPS customers near neighborhoods such as Rainbow Hills, Sandy Oaks and Cable Westwood are dealing with outages.

'Heart is broken': S.A. area mourns student's fatal ski accident

A San Antonio-area community is mourning the death of a former student-athlete after reports of a tragic snowboarding accident at a northern New Mexico resort last weekend. Koby Hunter, 21, died at Angel Fire Resort on Saturday, February 8, according to a release from the site. Both his cause and manner of death are still pending an official autopsy, Michael Hawkins, a marketing manager at the resort, revealed. The incident occurred on "Hully Gully," a ski run at the resort, according to Hawkins.
