Due to their small size and hidden life, not much is known about their secondary metabolites. This chemistry is remarkably different from that of insects, with which they share a common ancestor, although they diverged already around 450 mya.

The representative survey brought interesting findings according to our research questions:First, a relevant number of about 4% of respondents, who had lowest wisdom affinity, may constitute a group in need of wisdom and coping training, especially as these are in one fourth of cases impaired by chronic illnesses, i.e. enduring real-life problems.
