CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The artist convicted of taking unauthorized photos of bodies in the Hamilton County Morgue is requesting his records be sealed. Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Terry Nestor held a hearing on Thursday, July 25, but a decision will not be made for another two weeks. Thomas Condon, a local photographer, was convicted of eight counts of gross abuse of a corpse back in 2002.
