Now in his senior year, the 23-year-old made history in January as the first amateur to win an Advocates Professional Golf Association event since that tour began in 2010. Less than five weeks after Charleston’s Dockside condominiums were mandatorily evacuated, a prospective buyer has one of the units under contract but at a substantial discount. The two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 330 Concord St. spans 1,323 square feet. The current owner, B and TF — a limited liability corporation out of Stamford, Conn. — paid $850,000 for unit 11D in May 2023, according to county records. The condo went under contract for $350,000 on March 30. It was on the market for nine days.

A Circle K gas station in Charleston is being sued for allegedly selling contaminated fuel that a customer believes caused major damage to a truck. Berkeley County resident Edreone Brockington purchased diesel from the store at 2572 Ashley River Road. Shortly after filling his vehicle on Jan. 9, Brockington experienced engine issues, including multiple sensor warnings, loss of power and mechanical failure, according to a lawsuit filed March 14 in Charleston County.
