MoxieMoms 906 invites you to its Little Angels Memorial Walks this Saturday in Marquette and Gladstone. The Marquette walk starts at the Presque Isle Pavilion at 8:00 a.m. and goes until 10:00 on May 10th. The Gladstone walk follows from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Van Cleve Park.

Since its inception, the organization has helped over 8,000 families achieve homeownership, 114 of which are in Marquette County. The Marquette County Habitat for Humanity is constructing a home in Ishpeming for a family to move into this fall. It takes a village to create a village.

    NEGAUNEE, Mich. (WLUC) - A family-friendly 12-mile bike race is returning to the Negaunee area at the end of the month. The 12th annual Iron Range Roll is scheduled for Saturday, May 31. The race starts at the Cliff’s Shaft Mine Museum, runs through the Iron Ore Heritage Trail, and ends at Barrel + Beam in Marquette Township.
