(WPRI) - Patients enrolled in UnitedHealthcare's Medicare Advantage plan have been notified that they will no longer receive coverage at Brown University Health hospitals if the two sides don't strike a deal by July 1. The situation would affect coverage at Brown Health hospitals, Rhode Island Hospital, Hasbro Children's Hospital, Newport Hospital, and The Miriam Hospital.

CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WPRI) - Reputed mobster Ralph DeLeo is seeking release from the Wyatt Detention Facility, arguing he's too ill and isn't receiving treatment for multiple medical problems. DeLeo, 82, was arrested on May 15 for violating the terms of his probation after allegedly plotting to kill at least three federal officials who helped put him behind bars more than a decade ago.
