Thomas said other former students who testified they received "puberty" and "hernia" tests were confused. Again he denied doing those assessments.

Thomas also acknowledges that he continued some naked fat tests even though he was instructed not to. He said he did that for students who did not like the results of a body-fat testing machine the school bought in response to questions about his program.

Thomas said at the time of the interview with detectives, he was afraid he would lose his job because he had already told the superintendent students were not naked. "I lost everything from this."
