There is a flood watch issued in several southcentral counties including York on Sunday. The flood watch, issued by the National Weather Service, is in effect until midnight. Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible throughout Sunday, according to the weather service. Storms could bring heavy downpours, hail and winds of 60 mph or greater Sunday afternoon and evening, the NWS said.
