More than a decade after a deadly shooting, a family is still searching for justice. The children of Robert Diggs lost their father over a decade ago after he was shot and killed in Harrisburg. “The killer may feel like it’s been 10 years, and we’ve forgot we won't forget," said Tanika Jones. Diggs was shot in the head and died inside his apartment in May of 2013. Jones said Diggs' body wasn’t found until a day after he died inside the Harrisburg complex.
