PROVIDENCE – Todd Barry, who confessed to the 1989 killing of Victoria E. Cushman after a Warwick police officer wrongly convicted of her death had served six years of a life sentence, has died. Barry, 68, died April 11 at the social service agency Amos House, where he was staying as part of a transitional program after being released from prison and placed on probation last August.
