I asked retired educator Davis Weathersby, from Coleman High what made the school so great? "Coleman High School was a complete team school not only in athletics. Also, in academics, in band, in glee club, in industrial technology, so all around Coleman High School was a great school and so ahh most of the graduates that left Coleman High school went on to be very successful.

A storm a few weeks ago left wires down on North Morgan Street in Hollandale, Mississippi. We went out to check on friends to make sure they were okay. We ran into a student from Jackson State University who wanted to assist if someone needed help.
