    Wait, was I seriously the last to know something new is finally moving into the old Lowe’s building on Court Street in Burton? Lowe’s in Burton and Flint Township closed their doors for good back in January of 2019, leaving Genesee County without a single location. Sure, we still had Home Depot, but there was just something about Lowe’s I liked better. The Burton store was always my go-to. It’s all good now—I’ve had plenty of time to get over it and have gracefully accepted Home Depot into my life.
