According to Tyler Police Department spokesperson Andy Erbaugh, police first responded to a theft at Dollar General on Gentry Parkway around 2 p.m. on Sunday. Brianna Erwin is charged with aggravated assault of a public servant, among other charges.

The officers then found the suspects had run away from the store toward the intersection of Albertson and Whitlen avenue.
