Robert Earl Davis, known as “Shine Man,” is finally out of the hospital after his mobile home caught fire the night of Dec. 26.     Authorities are on the lookout for a Dogg-napper after a suspect stole a 3 1/2-foot Snoop Dogg bobblehead from a Fort Myers restaurant. The figurine was taken on Monday from the Cantina Laredo restaurant located along Big Pine Way. According to SWFL Crime Stoppers, the bobblehead is valued at $1,250.
