Parks Early Childhood Center before hosting its monthly meeting on location. Secretary of Education Patrick Tutwiler and EEC Board members received a tour through the facility, seeing firsthand the impact of the club’s expanded childcare. Guests interacted with children in classroom spaces and came away appreciative for the visit.
