Parking at a downtown meter will no longer be free on Saturdays starting May 1, Sioux Falls officials announced in a Wednesday press conference — one of several changes to downtown parking that will kick off next month. Parking in the city's ramps and lots will stay free after 5 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends.
